Do you accept solo travelers?

What is the cancellation policy?

Yes, but not on the same day. Surf breaks and tribal villages are approximately 3 hours apart by combined land and sea travel. We recommend at least 10 days total for both experiences.

How do I confirm my booking after submitting this form? +

After you submit, Andrian will WhatsApp you within 24 hours (usually same day). You'll discuss dates, final details, and payment options. No pressure, just honest conversation.

What if I don't have specific dates yet? +

No problem. Put "Flexible" in the dates field. Andrian will help you find the best dates based on swell (for surfing), weather, and your schedule.

Can I customize my itinerary? +

Yes. Select "Custom Itinerary" and describe what you want. Andrian builds packages tailored to your interests—remote tribe visits, specific breaks, cultural focus, mix of everything.

What if my group is larger than 5 people? +

Great! Mention it in "Special Requests." For groups of 9–80 people, contact Andrian via WhatsApp for a custom group quote. He can accommodate up to 10 groups simultaneously. Small groups of up to 8 use standard per-person pricing.

Do you offer travel insurance recommendations? +

We recommend travel insurance with adventure/remote area coverage. Andrian can suggest providers familiar with Mentawai trips. It's optional but wise for international travelers.

What payment methods do you accept? +

Bank transfer, PayPal, Wise (TransferWise). Andrian will provide account details after booking confirmation. All methods are secure and straightforward.

Is the price quoted in USD or EUR? +
